- Orders placed before 2 PM EST usually ship the same day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned.
- We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Didn't fit? Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or installed:
- Helmets (if test ride sticker removed)
- Electronic components (ECUs, tuners)
- Tires (once mounted)
- Clearance items
How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to "Order History", and select "Return Item". You will be issued an RMA number instantly.
Pack Your Gear
Place the item back in its original packaging. Ensure it is well protected. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Use the pre-paid shipping label provided (deducted from refund) or ship using your preferred carrier to the address listed on the RMA.
